India Today Web Desk HyderabadMarch 30, 2019UPDATED: March 30, 2019 13:44 IST The pizza delivery guy walked straight into the batsman’s eye line causing him to stop for a moment (BCCI video grab)HIGHLIGHTSThe pizza delivery guy halted play for a moment during the 12th over of the 1st inningsSunrisers Hyderabad (201/5) beat Rajasthan Royals (198/2) by 5 wicketsWarner 69 trumped Samson’s 102 not out as SRH registered their highest successful run chase in IPLA pizza delivery guy halted play for a very brief period during the T20 match between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Rajasthan Royals at the Rajiv Gandhi International stadium in Hyderabad on Friday.During the first innings when Rajasthan were cruising at 101 for 1, Sanju Samson was on strike against Hyderabad’s Vijay Shankar who started his spell in the 12th over.On the fifth ball of the over, Shankar was stopped mid-way through his run-up by Samson as he saw the pizza guy walk into his eye line thus, forcing him to pull out.TV commentator Michael Clarke, who was on air at the time, couldn’t help but hope for the pizzas to come his way but wasn’t lucky enough. The brief halt didn’t break Samson’s concentration who was batting on 44 at the time. The youngster went on to smash his second IPL hundred and remained unbeaten on 102 off 55 balls as Rajasthan posted a challenging 198 for 2 on the board. But the score still wasn’t daunting enough for Sunrisers as they cruised to victory with 5 wickets in hand with David Warner smashing 69 off 37 balls while Jonny Bairstow (45) and Vijay Shankar (35) also contributed well in the run chase.Warner and Bairstow’s opening partnership of 110 in less than 10 overs provided a great platform for the home team who then relied on the firepower of Shankar, Yusuf Pathan (14 not out) and Rashid Khan (15 not out) to cross the finish line with an over to spare.Warner has now scored 154 runs from 2 matches in the 2019 IPL at an average of 77 and a strike rate of 171.11. Sanju Samson, who smashed a 55-ball 102 not out for Rajasthan Royals earlier in the evening, had the Orange Cap for a short while before Warner took over.advertisementAlso Read | SRH vs RR Highlights, IPL 2019: Hyderabad beat Rajasthan by 5 wicketsAlso Read | Go Orange Army: David Warner’s daughters cheer for Sunrisers HyderabadFor sports news, updates, live scores and cricket fixtures, log on to indiatoday.in/sports. Annan welcomes decision by 4 countries to send transition team to Bougainville

The outgoing Bougainville Peace Monitoring Group is expected to leave the island – which fought a 10-year war of independence against the archipelago before a ceasefire was brokered in 1998 – on 30 June. The election of an autonomous government is expected to take place before the end of the year. “This decision demonstrates the continuing commitment of the countries in the region to support the desire of the people of Papua New Guinea, including Bougainville, for a peaceful and prosperous future,” UN spokesman Fred Eckhard said in a statement issued in New York.Mr. Annan was pleased the new transition team would continue to provide logistical and operational support to the UN Political Office in Bougainville (UNPOB), the spokesman added.
